How Falcosend protects developer sovereignty and end-user data integrity.

Last updated: March 25, 2026

Data Collection

We process information solely to facilitate form handling for developers. While we provide the infrastructure, the ownership and access to form data remain exclusively with the developers in the team that owns the service.

  • Developer account credentials (Email, Name)
  • Encrypted form submission payloads
  • API metadata for usage analytics and rate limiting

Data Purpose & Access

Falcosend does not "use" submission data. We provide the pipeline to help developers collect data from their own sites. Access to this data is strictly restricted to the developer's authenticated session.

Submission data is private by design; even Falcosend administrators cannot view raw payloads.

Edge Infrastructure

Data is processed at the edge to minimize exposure. We utilize AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, ensuring that the developer's data remains intercepted-proof from the moment of submission.

Developer Control

As a developer, you have full sovereignty over your data. You may export, purge, or modify submission records at any time through the Developer Console.
