Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Falcosend, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your developer account and API keys. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. Falcosend cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Falcosend for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activities that would harm the infrastructure. Prohibited activities include:
- Phishing or fraudulent data collection schemes.
- Distributing malware via form attachments or redirects.
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits or edge security protocols.
Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We may also suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy to protect the integrity of the edge network.
